Job summary

Qualifications

• Behavioral Health experience preferred
• BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers required
• De-escalation training certification within orientation and annually thereafter

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision per treatment program
• Orient new care team members
• Conduct and document group programming
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Record meal percentages in EMR
• Document patient care in the electronic medical record
• Attend 75% of unit staff meetings
