Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• BSN in progress and/or planned within three years of hire.
• Current and valid RN license to work at the location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience or active Nurse Residency participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate, validate, evaluate, and coordinate care with other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a strong team focus to improve patient outcomes.
