Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Methodist Hospital Stone Oak in San Antonio, TX seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead nursing teams, coordinate patient care, and drive quality outcomes. You will supervise staff, optimize throughput, and support policy-based nursing practices for an excellent patient experience.

The role requires an RN with TX license (or Compact), 2+ years of healthcare experience, and BLS certification; BSN and 3+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or bachelor’s degree RN program.
• Current Texas RN license or Active Multi-State RN Compact License; Texas license within 60 days if Compact.
• Minimum two years healthcare experience; BSN and 3+ years preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit activities during shift to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to staff; monitor nursing care per policies.
• Collaborate with management to improve outcomes and service.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery efforts.
