Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Labor and Delivery Unit at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak in San Antonio, TX. The CNC will oversee patient-centered care and coordinate nursing functions during the shift.

Qualified candidates are RN licensed with an associate or higher degree, BLS and NRP within required timeframes, and RN experience in acute care is expected.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current to practice in Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date.
• Neonate Resuscitation (NRP) within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care on the unit during the shift.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate patient care in accordance with policies.
• Support staff through interviewing, training, and performance feedback.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Manage supplies and inventory for the unit.
