Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) under RN supervision.
• Monitors patient status and vital signs as directed.
• Documents care provided using appropriate medical terminology.
• Maintains supplies and ensures safety in patient care areas.
