Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center in the St. Louis area is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the night shift team. You will provide direct patient care under licensed nurses, assist with Activities of Daily Living, and help maintain a safe, healing environment.

This full-time role covers 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 36 hours per week, with holiday and weekend rotations. Prior CNA certification is required, and the hospital supports professional development and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant certification required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under nurse supervision and assists with ADLs.
• Monitors vital signs and reports changes to the nursing team.
• Provides patient and family education and documents care activities.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are available to meet patient needs.
• Supports safety initiatives and collaborates on quality and regulatory compliance.
