Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis County is seeking a Part Time Certified Nurse Assistant to provide direct patient care under RN supervision on the inpatient surgical floor.

You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, monitor vitals, and support safety and quality initiatives in a 68-bed unit with a 10-bed Surgical Complex wing. You will collect patient data, report changes to the nurse, and help educate patients and families while ensuring supplies and equipment are ready for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under supervision, assists with ADLs, takes vital signs and monitors patient status.
• Collects clinical data and reports changes to the nurse.
• Assists nurse with patient and family education; documents care activities accurately.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are available to meet patient needs.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
