Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky in Newport, KY is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes while collaborating with a compassionate multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
• Current licensure required by state regulations for Speech Therapy.
• CCC (Certified Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred
