Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and implement speech and language therapy for patients in a national inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role emphasizes personalized treatment plans, progress tracking, and collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold state licensure and CCC, with CPR within 30 days of hire. A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s with field experience.

• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
