Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communicative Disorders is required.
• Nine months of experience in a medical speech pathology or rehabilitation setting required.
• Current Speech Pathology licensure required. ASHA certification and Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced patient care including evaluations, goal setting, treatment planning, and family training.
• Inpatient care as per physician's orders.
• Supervises non-CCS staff as requested and participates in case conferences and discharge planning meetings.
• Collaborates with program coordinator, case manager, MTU/school representative to coordinate recommendations for therapy and equipment on discharge.
