You will collaborate with physicians, families, and staff to deliver high-quality care and manage documentation and billing to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities to participate in program development and quality

Qualifications

• Education: BS, MS or Doctorate from accredited college or university (required)
• Licensure: Licensed or eligible in Kentucky or Indiana (as appropriate)
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) (required)
• Experience: Varies based on practice setting and programmatic needs (required)

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and implements therapy treatment and provides regular reassessments to maximize functional independence.
• Communicates patient status to physicians and therapy customers.
• Maintains effective working relations with patients, families, and staff.
• Ensures compliant documentation and billing in accordance with regulations.
• Oversees rehab technicians, assistants, and students as appropriate.
• Participates in program development and performance improvement activities.
• Responds professionally to feedback and concerns.
