Kaiser Permanente Riverside seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care for adults and children with communication and swallowing disorders, evaluating and implementing therapy programs.

You will work in inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborate with physicians, and participate in interdisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and department guidelines.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience in Speech Pathology.
• Master's or Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• California Speech-Language Pathologist license required at hire.
• National Provider Identifier required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care to adults and children with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Advise physicians of test results and recommend and implement therapies.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary teams and train CFY candidates.
• Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
