Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for inpatient per diem roles across Evanston, Glenbrook, and Highland Park Hospitals. You will evaluate, treat, and follow up with physician-referred patients, while maintaining accurate records and supporting student supervision.

The position requires IL licensure and a Master’s in Speech Pathology (ASHA-accredited) with CPR certification; inpatient experience is required. Per Diem roles offer premium pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in IL
• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology (ASHA accredited)
• CPR certification required; CCC-SLP in progress or attained
• Inpatient Speech Therapy experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up for physician-referred patients
• Prepare and maintain patient records: evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
• Participate in clinical supervision of students
