Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Speech Therapist - Inpatient, Per Diem, to join our Evanston/Glenview area teams. You will evaluate, treat and follow up with patients referred by physicians, and maintain complete documentation for each case.

The role requires IL licensure, a Master's in Speech Pathology, CPR certification, and inpatient therapy experience. Possession of or progress toward CCC- SLP is preferred. Per diem schedule offers flexible hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in IL required.
• Master's degree in Speech Pathology from a program accredited by ASHA.
• CPR certification required; CCC-A or CCC-SLP in progress considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up for physician referred patients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Participate in clinical supervision of students.
