Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Speech Therapist for inpatient per diem coverage across our Evanston, Glenbrook and Highland Park hospital locations. You will evaluate and treat referred patients, document progress, and assist in training students as part of a clinical team.

Candidates must be IL-licensed SLP, have a master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program, CPR certification, and inpatient therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in IL.
• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from ASHA-accredited program.
• CPR certification required; CCC-SLP in progress or attained.
• Inpatient Speech Therapy experience required.
• Inpatient Speech Therapy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing.
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students.
