Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist based in Evanston, IL, focusing on neonatal care in a Level III NICU. The role involves assessing and optimizing feeding readiness in infants.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while supporting families in promoting safe feeding techniques and communication. Ideal candidates will possess a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and experience in NICU settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Illinois.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience with feeding services to preterm infants/complex infants.

Responsibilities

• Assess oral feeding readiness, feeding and swallowing function for preterm infants.
• Implement individualized feeding and swallowing plans.
• Collaborate with team members to support feeding practices.
