Qualifications

• A Master of Social Work Degree from a program accredited by the CSWE and LICSW in Washington.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in healthcare operations management at a large academic medical center.
• Proven staff development, leadership, and program management skills with effective communication.
• Knowledge of clinical protocols and practices; ability to multi-task efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Oversee effective fiscal management; prepare annual budget and strategic goals.
• Select, train, supervise and evaluate staff to maximize service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, DOH, JCAHO and related policies.
• Participate in hospital-wide committees and joint labor/management activities.
• Direct multiple projects concurrently and lead organizational change.
