Qualificações

• : Must have MSW from CSWE-accredited program and LICSW in WA.
• : Minimum 6–8 years in healthcare operations management at a large academic medical center.
• : Demonstrated staff development and leadership capabilities.
• : Proficiency with Windows-based applications and strong verbal/written communication.
• : Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail in a complex environment.

Responsabilidades

• : Oversee effective fiscal management of Social Work Department; prepare budget and set department goals aligning with Harborview/UW Medicine.
• : Select, train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate staff to optimize service for internal and external customers.
• : Ensure compliance with CMS, DOH, JCAHO and related policies; stay updated on regulations impacting procedures.
• : Participate in hospital-wide and interdisciplinary committees.
• : Represent Social Work in labor management, disciplinary actions, and union-related activities.
