Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer all operational aspects to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with Advocate Health Care/South Suburban Hospital values.
• Lead planning, marketing, and new service development for inpatient and outpatient programs with cross-department collaboration.
• Develop and implement policies and standards following external guidelines (DNV, IDPH, CMS, OSHA, etc.).
• Support professional growth and development for staff.
