University of California, Irvine Health seeks an Inpatient Service Line Manager to oversee hospital-based specialty care programs within the Department of Specialty Care Associates. You will work with medical directors, hospital leadership, physicians and APPs to support development, implementation and ongoing management of inpatient clinical programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of budget, accounting and fund management and personnel management.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with physicians, faculty and health system leaders.
• Experience in managing physician resources, clinical space utilization and financial resources.

Responsabilités

• Oversee physician and APP workforce planning, scheduling and coverage models.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll and compensation administration.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and provider productivity.
• Drive program growth and ensure regulatory compliance and financial stewardship.
• Analyze complex operational issues and implement process improvements.
