Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.

• Oversee physician and APP workforce planning, scheduling, and coverage models.
• Recruitment and onboarding, payroll and compensation administration.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and provider productivity.
• Support expansion of inpatient service lines and ensure regulatory compliance.
