Job summary

Responsibilities include rounds, staff coaching, training, inventory management, and incident analysis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CPI and BLS certifications obtained after hire and kept current.
• Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance.
• Criminal and driving background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine safety rounds and environmental checks.
• Educate staff in de-escalation and crisis response techniques.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and manage supply inventory.
• Provide CPI training and support debriefs after incidents.
• Work nights and weekends as needed.
