Geisinger is seeking Graduate Inpatient RNs and Experienced Inpatient RNs with generous hiring incentives (up to $19,000 for grads and up to $24,000 for experienced nurses). The hospital offers a minimum base rate of $41.50 per hour with increases for experience and up to $7 per hour in shift differentials.

Formación

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses plans, organizes, performs, and evaluates nursing activities to meet the needs of the patient. Promotes adaptive responses of patient and family to achieve the highest level of patient care, promote safety, and maximize patient satisfaction.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Acts to improve patient quality and safety through evidence-based practice and unit-based decision-making.
