Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center is seeking an RN Inpatient Nurse for the 6 Orthopedics unit. The role provides direct patient care, develops and implements nursing plans, documents accurately, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BLS, ACLS certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. This full-time, day-shift position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact required.
• BLS required prior to orientation completion.
• Obtain AHA ACLS certification prior to end of orientation period

Responsabilités

• Assess patient health problems and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer nursing care and medications; monitor for side effects.
• Maintain medical records and monitor patient conditions.
