Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year RN Operating Room Circulator experience.
• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and discharge planning within policies.
• Forms and revises care plans with input from patient and team.
• Implements and coordinates care, delegating to health care staff as needed.
• Evaluates patient and family responses to care and teaching.
• Documents assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the medical record.
