Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse for the Central Region Float Pool. You will provide comprehensive patient care across multiple facilities, with 12-hour shifts and a rotating day/night schedule.

The role requires float capability across hospital locations, strong communication and teamwork, and a commitment to safety and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduates from a Specialty Training Program (required).
• Ability to float between multiple hospital locations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient education.
• Evaluate and adjust care based on patient responses, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Engage in unit-based decision-making and safety initiatives, contributing to a team-oriented environment.
