The role requires day/night rotation and weekend/holiday coverage, with a focus on discharge planning and patient education as part of the care continuum.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program.
• Ability to float between hospitals as part of float pool.
• Evidence-based patient care and discharge planning.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Completes assessments per scope of practice and unit standards.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and tests.
• Develops and implements plan of care with education and discharge planning.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Engages in quality and safety education and continuous improvement.
