Job summary

Academic Medical Center seeks a Clinical Nurse Float Pool RN to provide versatile, patient-centered care across 65+ inpatient units. You will deliver direct nursing care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to uphold safety and quality standards.

Required: RN license with at least 2 years of acute Medical-Surgical experience. BSN or enrollment is preferred; ICU experience is a plus. This role emphasizes clinical excellence and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and a minimum of 2 years recent acute care Medical-Surgical experience required.
• Preferred ICU experience and BSN or enrollment in a BSN program.
