Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care across inpatient units as assigned.
• Document care plans, assessments and nursing interventions.
• Perform initial patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Implement and adjust plan of care with safety in mind.
• Communicate with the healthcare team and provide feedback for clinical development.
• Mentor staff and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify learning needs and pursue appropriate solutions.
• Ensure unit competencies are fulfilled and maintained.
• Float to multiple inpatient units as needed.
