Geisinger Medical Center Danville is seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse for the Central Region Float Pool. The role offers a minimum hiring rate of $41.50 per hour with potential float premium and shift differentials.

Relocation and signing incentives are available for eligible candidates. The position requires rotating day/night shifts, weekend/holiday rotations, and floating between Geisinger facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program (Required).
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of related RN experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Completes assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards.
• Addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patient and family throughout the continuum of care.
• Formulates, coordinates, and provides plan of care with education and discharge planning.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions and revises plan of care.
