• Performs assessments per scope of practice and unit standards.
• Addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver care.

Responsibilities

• Completes assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
• Evaluates and revises care plans based on patient response.
• Collaborates with team to resolve patient needs and ensure quality and safety.
• Participates in patient education and discharge planning.
