Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network (NRHN) seeks a Rehab Technician to assist in the inpatient rehab department, support patient transport and clinical treatments, and help with clerical and cleaning duties as needed. The position emphasizes independence, reliability, and strong teamwork, with CPR certification and physical ability to assist with transfers and ambulation.

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred.
• Certified in CPR biennially.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to bend, lift and assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Good general health and emotional stability.

Responsibilities

• The Rehab Technician performs assigned duties per NRHN policies and supports mission and quality outcomes.
• Inpatient Rehab Technician assists in department operations, manages wheelchair fleet, transports patients, and supports clinical treatment per state guidelines.
• Performs clerical and cleaning duties as assigned by the department Team Leader.
