Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist with BLS credentials (or BLS Instructor/Provisional as appropriate).

Responsabilités

• Establishes plan of care with patient and/or family and sets goals.
• Implements the occupational therapy treatment plan.
• Documents evaluation and plan of care per departmental guidelines; documents treatments.
• Communicates with physicians, staff and participates in meetings; maintains confidentiality and ethical standards.
