Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy may be required.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• Georgia Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and evaluates treatment programs with physician collaboration.
• Develops plan of care and discharge plans for patients.
• Implements therapy treatment plans and selects activities to progress patient goals.
• Documents evaluation and plan of care per department guidelines.
• Maintains infection prevention and participates in team meetings and training.
