Qualifications

• OT licensure required upon hire

Responsibilities

• Implements the occupational therapy treatment plan and selects appropriate activities to progress toward goals
• Collaborates with physician and team to establish plans of care, goals and discharge plans
• Documents evaluation and plan of care per departmental guidelines and completes required documentation
• Adheres to Wellstar policies, maintains confidentiality, and participates in ongoing professional development
• Delivers high-quality customer service and educates patients and families; engages in infection prevention practices
