Qualifications

• Master's degree in social or health services field required with one+ year professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions and group or family sessions, under supervision, and document as required.
• Prepare individual treatment plans for assigned patients and assist with assessments.
• Ensure timely and clear documentation of patient care, treatment and incidents.
• Provide crisis intervention and may plan for aftercare; liaison with referrals and insurers.
• May provide case management and coordinate with families and treatment teams.
