• Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, and nutrition to promote independence.
• Document patient conditions, observations, and care in the electronic record accurately and timely.
• Assist licensed nurse with medication administration under supervision.
• Promote safety and respond to crisis using de-escalation and specified procedures.
• Co-facilitate groups and participate in recovery team discussions.
