Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology.
• Licensed as a speech language pathologist in WI, IL or both if required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluation/assessment to create an effective plan of care.
• Maintains thorough documentation with appropriate coding and billing.
• Communicates with other disciplines and referring providers to enhance outcomes.
• Plans and conducts lectures and training programs for medical staff, students and community groups.
• Mentors new partners and participates in department improvement initiatives.
