Qualifications

• ADN or RN Diploma is required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Licensed as a registered nurse in/state compact license where applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record; monitor responses.
• Provide prompt, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans and medications.
