Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Irvine, CA, seeks a Physical Therapist IV – Certified Lymphedema Therapist to assess patient needs, design and implement effective therapy plans, and monitor outcomes. This role requires coordination with families and an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

You will educate patients on activities and equipment, document thoroughly, and participate in ongoing education and program development to advance Rehabilitation Services.

Formación

• Five years’ experience in Physical Therapy in an acute healthcare system environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients’ Physical Therapy needs and establish a treatment program.
• Review medical history, perform screening tests, and determine plan of care including interventions and discharge recommendations.
• Provide education to patient, family, and caregiver on activity, equipment, and home exercise.
• Supervise PT Assistant and Rehabilitation Aide; coordinate care across settings and teams.
• Participate in education for staff and contribute to program development and marketing plans.
