Banner Health’s Banner Staffing Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to support the Loveland Campus of North Colorado Medical Center. The role involves evaluating and treating inpatient therapy needs as part of a large multidisciplinary team.

Registry/Per Diem opportunities are available with flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Qualified candidates will have an APTA-accredited PT education, active state license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must possess a current Physical Therapy license within the State of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish a plan of care with functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and monitor progress.
• Document and communicate patient progress to the team in a timely manner.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to therapy support staff as appropriate.
