Job summary

Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO seeks an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role (32 hours/week) with four 8-hour shifts from 8am-4:30pm. Some weekend and one holiday per year required.

Primarily based at North Colorado Medical Center, with potential hours at Loveland Campus. The role involves evaluating patients, creating and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a diverse care team to support patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the academic requirements of an occupational therapy program approved by the governing board.
• Must possess a current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient functional abilities and determines need for intervention; develops plan of care.
• Implements and monitors treatment plans; involves patient and family in decision making.
• Documents evaluations, goals, and progress per department standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates results and progress to physicians, nurses, patients, families and care team.
• Exhibits adaptability in caseload, scheduling, and staffing; supports other patient care areas.
• Oversees delegation of tasks and participates in staff training and competency checks.
• Participates in department operations and quality/process improvement activities.
• Interacts with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
