Job summary

Banner North Colorado Medical Center – Loveland Campus is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its large multidisciplinary outpatient rehab team. The role focuses on adult orthopedic and neurological patients, with outpatients primarily in orthopedic care.

Outpatient ortho experience is preferred but not required, with a schedule of 28 hours per week minimum and potential to flex up. This full-time position operates weekdays 8am–5pm, with no weekends or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy, or equivalent.
• Must possess a current Physical Therapy license within the State of practice. BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient functional abilities and develops a plan of care.
• Implements and adjusts treatment plans; provides patient and family education.
• Documents progress and treatment in accordance with guidelines and standards.
• Communicates results to physicians, nurses and the care team.
• Supervises and delegates tasks to PTA, ATC, therapy techs and students as appropriate.
• Participates in department meetings and process improvement activities.
• Ensures safe, cost-effective delivery of patient care and maintains productivity.
