Qualifications

• Completed OT program approved by the governing board.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Proficient with computer software used in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient functional abilities and limitations and plans care.
• Implements treatment plans in alignment with goals and patient needs.
• Documents progress and communicates with the care team and family.
