Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a hospital team, delivering high-quality therapy to residents to restore function and independence.

You will assess PT needs, develop plans, provide interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility, monitor progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Vaccination status and licensure are required; 36-hour guarantee on a contract of 13+ weeks with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure.
• 1 year of experience.
• Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residents' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor and document residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize residents' care plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
