Job summary

The role requires current PT licensure, at least 1 year of experience, and excellent communication. This contract position offers a 36-hour guarantee, ASAP start, and potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure.
• 1 year of experience.
• Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residents’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize residents’ care plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
