Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic on a full-time contract basis. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients recover mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week. Requirements include a current Physical Therapy license; outpatient experience is preferred; strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on individual needs and progress.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with referring providers.
