Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic on a contract, full-time basis. The PT will evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and reduce pain in a outpatient setting.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The role requires licensure and likely outpatient experience, with strong communication and organizational skills essential for collaboration with referring providers.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license
• Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on individual needs and progress
• Document patient progress and collaborate with referring providers
• Other duties as assigned.
