Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residents’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize care plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
