Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Inpatient Phlebotomy Manager for a full-time leadership role in Boston, MA. The position oversees operational, clinical, quality, compliance, fiscal, and staff leadership within an inpatient laboratory setting.

The Manager collaborates with laboratory leadership to ensure testing quality and patient safety, maintains regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement while providing onsite leadership and 24/7 call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or CLS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission and CAP accreditation requirements.
• Ability to work on-site in Boston, MA and participate in 24/7 call coverage.
• Authorized to work without employer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight for inpatient laboratory operations.
